Cue the horns! Cue the dancing in our living room as the theme music plays on! Cue the fast-paced craziness that we were all expecting. Salutations my fellow brethren of Geeks, this is my review on last Sunday's episode of Game of Thrones "The Queen's Justice"
What I Loved about this episode

ERMAGERD Daenerys and Jon!: Following the path of the previous episode, this show went right into the much anticipated meeting of Fire and Ice! Yes it was a rocky introduction to say the least, but the interaction was nicely done given the fact that the plot of this story needs to push on to the North. Thumbs up for Davos to bring the humor to such a serious scene. The Onion Knight is not one for poetry, almost slipping that Jon has died once before.
Jon knows Daenarys need help but she should join forces to defend against a growing army of undead. I'm not surprised that the Mother of Dragons thinks that the undead is ludicrous, she's one of the small of people that don't know. But with some smooth negotiation tactics by Tyrion, she is at least willing to let Jon mine the dragonglass. The banter between Fire & Ice is not over oh ho not by a long-shot!

Gotta Love Tyrion: You can't help but smirk knowing that Tyrion almost steals every scene that he is in. I know it has been said before, but Peter Dinklage is by far one of the best actors on this show. The writing for this character, the timing, and his charm are the makings of an iconic character that will be remembered well after this is over. Whether trying to bro it out with Jon Snow on the beach and steps of Dragonstone, or while swaying the Mother of Dragons to assist Jon, he quick with the tongue but with a refined tone only the alcoholic elite can provide. He is clever enough to call on Jon to come to Dragonstone withholding the fact that Daenarys is demanding him to kneel. Because if not, he wouldn't even have made the trip. Very methodically he has convinced The Mother of Dragons to at least start a tentative co-op so as to not start a war with the north. I would've chosen Tyrion to be my MVP this episode, but he is definitely an honorable mention.

The Queen's Justice indeed!: The title of this episode was spot on for the turn of events in this episode. The soon-to-be "Mad Queen" (just my opinion) has gone and exact revenge on more people on her hit list. The Sand Snakes are at this point no more of a standing power, as Ellaria and her remaining daughter are locked up in the dungeon. And her punishment? Cersei uses the same poison that was used to to kill her daughter Myrcella on the last baby Sand Snake. To make it worse, Cersei will make sure that Ellaria watches every excruciating moment all while being inches away from each other. That's cold blooded.
Shortly after that scene, she goes on to find her brother Jaime and ravage him in her bed chambers. Revenge gets her rocks off it seems. Her second target, High Garden. When The Unsullied attacked Casterly Rock, they expected a battle. That was not the case as they easily took over the castle. However, they slowly find out that their ships on the water are soon taken out by Euron's fleet. Not to mention, there is nothing of value at this castle, no food or gold. They are pretty much sitting ducks if the army stays there.
All this happens while the bulk of the Lannister army swiftly overthrows Highgarden and take their gold, solving the debt problem to the Iron Bank (a nice pretty looking bow on that problem). And with this success comes the death of a fan favorite, The Queen of Thorns Herself, Lady Olenna Tyrell. All of these attacks were done with chess-like maneuvers and strategy. A good portion of the credit is given to Jaime Lannister on this, but the overall long game has the signature of Cercei. She is becoming a wonderful antagonist to hate. Please somebody kill her soon!

MVP of this Episode, Lady Olenna Tyrell: Cersei may be the Queen of the Andals, but Olenna is the boss lady of this episode. To be blunt, The Queen of Thorns is a saucy bitch. She speaks her mind and is clever enough to know when to take a verbal stab. Even at the last minutes of her life, she can ninja your psyche. The last 5 minutes of the episode shows Highgarden overtaken and Jaime Lannister coming to Olenna to have discussion before her demise. That dialogue between the two of them, discussing how much of a C*%t Joffrey was, is wonderful. Became the highlight of that episode. Yes, I said it! Jaime gives her the dignity of use a painless poison to end her life. Upon taken it, she reveals to Jaime that she was indeed to culprit that poisoned Joffrey's glass at the Purple Wedding. With as much of this episode geared towards the revenge of Cersei, Olenna uttering "Make sure Cersei knows I did it" makes The Queen of Thorns Justice ever so sweeter.
What I didn't like this episode

Damn you Melisandre for leaving: I know that having The Red Woman leave was for us not to delay the show, but I wanted to see her confront Davos. That interaction would have been interesting, especially since all of her "mistakes" would've been brought to the light (pun intended) She'll back, wait and see (Cue King George in Hamilton)

Sansa pulling a U-turn so quickly: Sansa was shown as been a great leader, resolving issues in Winterfell and providing plans to stock up on food for the war to come. They make her look like a born leader to the people. Jon was right to choose her for this while he is away. HOWEVER, once Bran Stark arrives at the doors, Sansa all of sudden it feels like she went back to pre-Ramsey Sansa. She seemed all too willing to put her hands up and just give up the right to lead to Bran. I'm hoping that this was just a hiccup in her writing to bring Bran into Winterfell.

We're missing the battles: One of the things I enjoyed about the previous season is now of the merp moments I have with The Queen's Justice. One request I have with the writers and producers, DON'T SPEED THROUGH ANYMORE BATTLE scenes. I'm not asking for each battle to be like The Battle of The Bastards. However, we should at least be able to enjoy more than just a 5 minute montage of Casterly Rock and Highgarden combined. The viewers will be okay this time around, but please don't make this a constant thing on this season. Due to time constraints and budget for Dragons, it makes sense to do that. So maybe save the rest of the budget for the crescendo in the last two episodes. They usually do, so I'm not too worried.
Overall Score for this episode: 7 out of 10
...What? Don't start disagreeing with me so quickly! Maybe I had high hopes for this episode or for the rest of the season. I do see that they want to push this story and get to the much anticipated end by Wrapping up arcs quickly. My review of episodes one and two were high. Last Sunday's episode was still good, I'm just don't want to see the next 2 episodes be full of quick resolutions and story arc endings with much sustenance. Fingers crossed that this won't happen.
WILD PREDICTIONS and THEORIES for episode 4 "The Spoils of War"
Yara is now Euron's prisoner...I shudder to think what he will do to her to be able to top Ramsey Bolton cruelty.
I believe that Theon is with the remaining GreyJoy fleet sneaking into King's Landing to save Yara.
Jaime will provide the news to Cersei that Olenna was the one that killed Joffrey and not Tyrion. She will not care. But Jaime will have reservations about hating Tyrion now.
Daenerys advises Jon of her losing battles and asks Jon to help her, and PROPOSES MARRIAGE TO JON after they win Westeros! I'm calling it now! if not episode 4, it will be soon! WILD THEORIES!
Tormmond saves Brianne during a tense fighting scene. Then he tries to kiss her, and she proceeds to punch him in the face. (I'm pulling for you Tormmond)
Q's wild theory!: One of TTG's own Quills has a theory about Arya. The scene with Jaime and Cersei in her chambers was interrupted by a hand maiden. She believes that this "minor" character is actually Arya in magic disguise and the only reason she didn't slit Cersei's throat is because Jaime was there. DUN DUN DUN! (I do want to point out that in the upcoming trailer for episode 4 we see what looks like Arya on her horse in the snow. If that's the case, then theory is very unlikely. But wouldn't it awesome if it was?!)
